Efficiency Study
Our efficiency study will determine at what rating your plant is running, as well as point out the areas that need improving. This study involves three facets, labor, equipment utilization, and process methodology (Many people use the word lean manufacturing). We focus on your manufacturing goals, taking into account your unique challenges. It is not about a cookie cutter set of instructions. It is about real solutions. The benefits are you will have the facts at your disposal to substantiate financial resource allocation and personnel training so as to increase your overall profits.

Labor Productivity Surveys
Labor productivity surveys (The people side) deals with helping you determine where potential profits are being lost through your employee’s involvement in the metalforming process. We do this through extensive questionnaires, personnel interviews, and on-site observations that will help determine the what and why of their methodology that is causing profit leaks. Once surveys are completed and discussed with management, we can work with you to put in place the necessary systems to get the most out of your individuals, teams and ultimately the company. Understanding the labor force, and implementing systems targeted at a company focus as opposed to an individual just performing a function, will result in huge dividends to your organization's bottom line.

Machine and Equipment Utilization
We survey your machines and equipment to determine if they are being utilized at their full capacity. Most often we see that they are not, or because of their design and use are creating substantial downtime. Not only do we focus on the equipments utilization, we also look at how their arrangement is affecting or being affected by the flow of materials. The survey pinpoints where the problems lie and what corrective measures need to be implemented to increase your operations efficiency thereby growing your profits.

Plant Relocation Study and Assistance
Most companies move to Latin America for “cheap labor”. We believe in moving to Latin America to provide your customers who are there with better service and parts.
